Please note that for the Christmas & New Year letting period, Petit Bajoulan will be dressed with a real Christmas tree & decorations for your arrival. Plus a welcoming celebratory bottle of champagne.

The pool is normally covered during the last week of September for the winter period.

How to find us

The booking will be secured by sending a deposit cheque or direct internet transfer of £100 per week within 7 days of the original contact.  On receipt of your deposit, you will be sent a formal acceptance of your booking.
All cheques must be made payable to R A Rees.  However, if you prefer to pay by direct internet transfer, which most clients do - then please contact us for our bank details.
NB This cheque is non refundable should you wish to cancel your holiday.  Only in exceptional circumstances will consideration be given to a part or full refund.  If it is necessary to cancel your holiday after the full amount has been paid, let us know immediately.  We will make every effort to re-let the gite and if successful, we will refund your payment minus a £30 administration charge.  It is the client's full responsibility to arrange insurance cover.  All services are included in the rental price, however we cannot be held liable in the event of tempory stoppage of public services for reasons outside our control including adverse weather.

The balance must be paid 8 weeks before the holiday commences.

A security deposit of £150 must be paid with your balance payment 8 weeks prior to your holiday.  This is  to cover any major breakages, losses  or to cover the extra costs of cleaning should the gite be left in a poor state. The security deposit will be refunded within the first week after your holiday ends.  However, the client's liability is not limited to this amount.

Arrivals & Departures
We work hard to make sure the gite is clean and well prepared for your arrival. 
You are requested to leave Petit Bajoulan as you find it in a clean and tidy condition. If however you would prefer us to do the final clean on your behalf, then a charge of £50.00 will be made (see tick box on booking form).

In order for us to prepare the gite to a very high standard for your arrival.  The gite must be vacated by 10am on the Saturday, and  new guests are requested not to arrive before 4pm on the Saturday.
